I hope you're hungry for fun because a brand new musical comedy has just come out of the oven jam-packed with originality. After genius food scientist Galileo Einstein invents a donut that doesn't make you lick your lips, he disappears. Where has he gone? Why did he flee? Is the rumour about the donuts being sentient true? Donut Brain is a one man show full of unforgettable songs written by comedian Andy Casper set in a world where donuts are sentient. Expect the absurd, expect the original, but most of all expect to laugh your ass off and come away with some of the catchiest songs you've ever heard in your life bouncing around your head for days.

About Andy Casper:

A lot of people would recognise Andy as an experienced and talented stand up comedian. In 2023, he won ''Best Solo Show'' at the Barcelona Comedy Awards for his debut hour Gremlin Head. Others might be more familiar with his clowning work as the enigmatic cult comedy hero Bone Man (winner of ''Most Dedicated to Nonsense'' at the 2024 Barcelona Comedy Awards). What is less well known is that Andy is also a musical prodigy. He has played guitar since he was 13, writing songs and playing in bands along the way. This new project sees Andy combine his skill as a writer of comedy with his hitherto unrecognised euphonious talent.

He is the host of Imprfcto Comedy, Barcelona's longest running stand up comedy show in English. He has shared the stage with comedy heavyweights such as Michelle Wolf, Mike Rice, Kyla Cobbler, and Josh Glanc. Andy has studied clowning with the legendary Viggo Venn and is a constant student of the discipline. He regularly performs around Europe and the UK.

Andy has been a constant presence at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in recent years. In August 2023, he took his debut hour there and enjoyed a successful run with over 15 sell out shows. In August 2024, his character comedy show Bone Man Rides Again was a cult hit in Edinburgh with many audiences chanting ''Bone Man!'' in the streets of the Scottish capital. He has won awards for his comedy in Barcelona including ''Most Dedicated to Nonsense'' in both 2022 and 2024 at the annual Clubbies.
