Synopsis

“Love Wants a Holiday, The Music of Maury Yeston” is an original revue of the composer’s work created just for the IAB. We’ll find out that “LOVE” is tired of being the force that makes the world go round, as he describes himself, and that he desperately wants a holiday. “DEATH”, on the other hand, will appear to claim that he is the one that plays the most fundamental role in shaping human lives. During the concert, LOVE and DEATH will present arguments that support their opposing points of view, and of course, many of them will come in the form of a Maury Yeston song. We will witness a selection of songs which have never been heard before as a whole, while privately reflecting on the meaning of life as we know it.
