Ven a probar un sistema de entrenamiento basado en el MOVIMIENTO.

Trabaja tu movilidad, fuerza, estabilidad, resistencia, flexibilidad, coordinación y agilidad de una manera global e integrada con movimientos dinámicos y fluidos.

Se trata de una gran herramienta para complementar entrenamientos de diversas disciplinas deportivas o para cualquier persona que decida iniciarse en la práctica deportiva o mejorar su capacidad física.

It was super good!
I really loved the discipline and the teacher was super fun, nice and professional. I would love to practise this sport more often, I hope that animal flow will be possible to pracctice at las Americas!
