Relax and reconnect: dance and massage workshops

After the warm feedback we received at Brussels Fusion Exchange Light, we're bringing back this combo of breath-centered dance and guided massage exchange — this time under the open sky of Parc Cinquantenaire. With Marcin back in Brussels for a few days, it's a good opportunity to slow down, move with awareness, and enjoy a meaningful, shared experience.
Come to relax, recharge, and spend quality time.
Who is this for?
These workshops are open to anyone with curiosity and a willingness to explore. They are especially suited for:
Dancers from any background who want to deepen body awareness and partner connection
Movers of all kinds – from fitness and yoga practitioners to capoeiristas and performers curious about massage or dance
People with no prior experience, simply looking to unwind and discover the joy of improvised movement
The structure is designed to be inclusive and accessible, so differences in experience or background are not a barrier. Come as you are.
Guided massage exchange workshop
18:30 - 19:30
We will start the second day with a soothing, fully clothed massage session to restore energy for dance. After a brief introduction to essential techniques, participants will pair up and follow a guided massage flow inspired by Thai massage principles. Each person will have the opportunity to both give and receive a full-body massage in a relaxed, supportive setting, with each session lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Breath-Centered Dance Workshop
19:30 - 21:00
Explore the power of breath in movement and connection. Through guided meditation, body awareness, and partner exercises, we’ll enhance our fluidity, presence, and communication in dance. By integrating breath-infused movement, we’ll expand our range of motion, explore leading and following dynamics, and develop a shared, intuitive rhythm. Improvisational explorations and musical integration will help us embody different movement qualities, deepening our connection to ourselves and each other.
No previous experience needed. Just bring comfortable clothes, an open mind, and something to lie on: a yoga mat or a blanket. Come solo or with a friend.

Tickets
Online purchase: 10 EUR for both workshops
Cash on the day: 10 EUR for one workshop, 15 EUR for both workshops.
If you will pay cash, make sure that you bring an exact amount.
We know that the weather in Brussels is unpredictable so in case the workshop would have to be cancelled, you will get a refund of the tickets purchased online.
